We believe that you learn best by doing, and our unique dynamic variance management and forecasting tools will lift your teams ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information, simply, to the most non-financial stakeholders. Knowing what to analyse, how and when to the pull the right levers, and how to communicate "the why" our finance program will help improve individual and group decision making and ensure the right questions, conversations and focus is occurring.
Suitable for: all leaders who have, or will have, P&L accountability (or can impact the company bottom line), but aren‘t CFO‘s.

[12 month program] Run in conjunction with our partner Karen Rule (WILDA)
This program focuses on supporting each participant, their leader and sponsors, by providing the tools, strategies, and networks to enable achievement of career ambitions and challenge the biases (conscious and sub conscious) that exist in workplace which can impact the success of women. A holistic program running over 9 - 12 months it includes face to face workshops, live webinars, one on one and group coaching for not just participants but their line leaders and sponsors.
